1. The "At Your Own Risk" Clause

PrismStack is a tool for organization and logic. It is not a certified professional.

• PRISM MECH: Information provided regarding vehicle repair is for logging purposes only. We are not liable for mechanical failures resulting from DIY repairs.
• PRISM STRUCT: Construction timelines and material estimates are improved approximations. Always verify with a licensed contractor.
• PRISM VITAL: This system tracks data; it does not diagnose. In a medical emergency, dial 911.
• PRISM COIN: Trading algorithms are tools. You are solely responsible for your financial investments and tax obligations.

2. Subscription & Payments

Services are billed on a recurring subscription basis. You may cancel at any time via your dashboard. Refunds are processed at the sole discretion of PrismStack administration.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use PrismStack to track illegal activities, store illicit content, or attempt to reverse-engineer the source code.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from the use of this software shall be resolved in the courts of Navajo County, Arizona.
