1. Data Sovereignty

PrismStack operates on a "User-Sovereign" model. While your data is hosted on our infrastructure (via Google Firebase), we claim no intellectual property rights over the blueprints, schematics, medical records, or financial strategies you upload. You build it, you own it.

2. Data Collection

We collect only the bare minimum required to operate the System:

• Identity: Email and Name (via Clerk Authentication).
• Payment: We do not store credit card numbers. All transaction data is handled securely by Stripe.
• Usage: System logs (e.g., login times, error rates) to improve stability.

3. Third-Party Processors

We utilize industry-standard infrastructure to ensure security:

• Google Cloud / Firebase: Database and Hosting.
• Clerk: Identity Management.
• Stripe: Payment Processing.

4. Zero-Sale Policy

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to advertisers. PrismStack is a paid software utility, not an ad platform.
