End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: February 4, 2026

1. The SaaS License (The Tool)

PrismStack grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the PrismStack platform strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Subscription: Access is contingent on active subscription payment.
  • Termination: Upon cancellation, your "Read" access remains for 30 days, after which "Write" access is revoked.

2. The Blueprint License (The Plans)

When you purchase a "Blueprint" (Digital Plan, Schematic, or Template) from PrismStack, you are purchasing a Personal Use License, not the intellectual property itself.

You MAY:

  • Use the blueprint to build the physical object (e.g., EV conversion, shed, furniture) for yourself.
  • Modify the blueprint for your specific personal needs.
  • Back up the file for personal archival.

You MAY NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the digital file with others.
  • Upload the file to public repositories (GitHub, Thingiverse, Reddit).
  • Use the blueprint to mass-manufacture items for commercial sale without a Commercial License.

3. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the PrismStack software.
  • Use the software to manage illegal manufacturing operations.
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Blueprints.

4. Warranty Disclaimer

The Application and Blueprints are provided "AS IS". PrismStack makes no warranty that the Blueprints will meet your local building codes or safety regulations. You are the Builder. You assume the risk.
